This practice not only ensures employee retention, but also fosters a sense of security in our clients’ employee base. We encourage courteous and polite interaction between our cleaning personnel and our clients’ employees. Seeing the same uniformed cleaner in the building allows our clients’ employees to focus on their workload and not their security. Many of our clients have restricted access buildings which require badged entry. Creating new badges every other week for cleaning personnel is an unnecessary use of resources, so our goal is to do everything within reason to create a favorable working environment for our employees and ultimately, our client.
Excel Cleaning and Supply Inc. places the health and safety of its employees above everything. As such, we train all of our employees in regard to proper use of cleaning materials and equipment. The training is usually conducted by our on-site supervisor or one of our area managers. We also offer our employees an incentivized training program in which they can receive certifications in several specialized areas of cleaning.
Every employee has a background check performed as a routine part of the hiring process. Also, all references are contacted prior to hiring as an additional safety measure. We take this part of the hiring process seriously. Excel prioritizes workplace safety above all else.
Yes, we can. Excel Cleaning and Supply Inc. has a number of suppliers for consumables. We are equipped to maintain the on-site inventory and invoice the consumables with the monthly services invoice. The consumables are not drop shipped to the client building but delivered and stocked by Excel personnel.
